REGULATIONS AND CONDITIONS REGARDING BOOKING AND STAY

The B+B Cà dei Casài will answer the e-mail promptly and if necessary, give instructions for how to proceed with booking.
2 – Payment: during high season, in order to confirm the booking a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total cost should be paid using one of the payment methods accepted by the owners.  The payment of the deposit must be done no more than 72 hours after the booking and should be communicated in writing via e-mail.  If this is not done and excepting written communication the booking will be considered to have been tacitly annulled by the client and the room will therefore be free to third parties without any refund due on the part of the B+B.
3 – Documents: upon arrival it is necessary for each guest to provide a valid identity document, in order to register each guest according to present laws. As far as under age children are concerned, they must be accompanied by one or more of their parents or possess an appropriate authorization.
4 – Room allocation: the room which has been booked will be available, unless a different agreement is made, from 14.00 on the day of arrival.  The departure should be by 10.30 a.m. when the keys should be returned.
5 – Breakfast, room cleaning and car parking: if no other agreement has been made, the breakfast will be served from 8.30 until 10.00 a.m. Room cleaning will be carried out daily before 12.30 a.m. We therefore kindly request that the guests leave their room in order for us to tidy and clean for you. Regarding car parking, we have an unguarded car park inside our garden closed by a gate. The owners will only answer to insurance claims covered by the compulsory insurance policy.
 6 – It is not allowed to: smoke anywhere in the house, including in the bedrooms. (It is however possible to smoke in the large house grounds). We do not allow guests to invite third parties to our bed and breakfast apart from those stipulated in the contract. We are not equipped to welcome animals.
7 – Cancellation and/or renunciation of the stay: if the guest cancels or renuounces the stay, and does so in writing, the following terms are applicable: A. No cancellation fee if communicated in writing within 30 days of the arrival date; B. A cancellation fee of 30% of the total cost of the stay if cancelled from 10 to 20 days of the arrival date; C. A cancellation fee of 50% of the total cost of the stay if cancelled within 10 days of the arrival date.
8 – Settlement of the balance: the balance should be paid in cash upon arrival.
9 – Impossibility to accept the booking: should the B+B not be able to accept the booking due to circumtances beyond their control, any money already paid will be refunded.
10 – According to the law D.Lgs.196/2003 regarding privacy, the owner of the B+B Cà dei Casài is authorized to send offers and informative material, as well as to provide information regarding the stay, to send messages and to make contact by telephone.
11 – The present rules and regulations are accepted without exception and signed, including all of the points (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11) at the moment of booking the room.
